with NES BEAR
This retreat is an invitation to experience a greater sense of belonging and relationship with the wild world around us. A focus on slowing down and finding respite from our busy lives. It is an opportunity to connect with the wildness within, to be held by the Earth and replenish your body, mind and soul with the simple things in life. To be nourished and nurtured and to rediscover your creativity.

About nes bear
“I love working with my body and nature: Using my hands and muscles to hand-make and craft in the woods; Feeling my strength, resilience, softness in Yoga; Foraging for the most wonderful colours to dye with, or to eat, or to make fires with; Using peripheral vision and all my senses to find natural signs to navigate with in the mountains; Using all my senses to connect with nature and to feel a sense of belonging and peacefulness; and best of all, I enjoy teaching and working with others to explore and connect with ourselves, each other and this incredible landscape. I teach in a way that is mindful and compassionate of people as well as the space we are working in. I am a lifelong learner, and love the way that working in nature, with my ever changing body & mind and hand making provides new experiences and new learning each time.”
